Dr Grasvik (Nic) was born in Portland and has been a native of Oregon his entire life. After graduating with honors from West Linn High School and magna Cum Laude from Washington State University, Dr Grasvik attended Oregon Health & Sciences University and graduated in 2007. Since then, he has worked in several dental settings including public health care as well as Group and Private practice. His primary goal is to establish rapport and trust in providing optimal dental care to all of his patients. Dr Grasvik has been trained in advanced implantology, clear aligner therapy and complex cosmetic cases with his primary focus on improving patient’s health, smile and confidence.
When Dr Grasvik isn’t practicing dentistry, you can find him spending time with his two boys and their sports activities. Dr Grasvik is an advocate for outdoor activities, golf and exercising.

My passion is to provide painless and stress free dental care, while building relationships with patients in helping achieve their dental goals and needs. I take great pride in making sure that patient’s feel as though their needs are being met while providing a safe, comfortable environment where going to the dentist is a pleasurable experience.
My passion for dentistry has allowed me to develop and follow a mantra that I hold dear and true. To provide the best comprehensive dental care possible, in a safe environment, so that patients have a pleasant experience and have unquestionable confidence in their smile. .Over the last 17 years, I have focused my practice on providing comprehensive dental care so that patients can have a healthy and confident smile. When discussing with patients their treatment goals I ensure to communicate all options in helping the patient select the treatment that best fits their goals and needs. With my experience, I have had the privilege of having advanced training in the branches of dentistry that are otherwise referred to specialists, thus allowing your dental care be provided and performed as convenient to you as possible.
I am a Portland native and have spent most of my life here in this great town. I received my training at OHSU, under some of the best instructors in the country, and am able to continue to deliver that same level of dentistry to the people of SW Portland. I am an avid enthusiast of the outdoors and loving exploring all areas that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Along with my passion for all outdoor activity I am also a father of two boys who are passionate with their school and sports and I enjoy spending time with them on the field and in the classroom. My hobbies include weight training, sports, traveling, being in nature and golf. I love to stay active and always looking for the next adventure.
